Yes! There is a tab called “Bill Pay” on your online banking account. You can input the information for your bills and pay bills online with ease.

You can apply for a mortgage loan online, or if you are interested in a different type of loan, come into the bank to speak with one of our loan officers.

You do not need a coupon to make a payment, just specify the loan number in the memo on your check. We have a generic loan coupon on our loans page or download the coupon here if you would like to send one with your payment.

You have a 15-day grace period from the time of your due date before the fee is assessed. However, you will receive a late payment notice after your payment becomes 10 days past due.

Yes. We report to Equifax on a monthly basis.

You can bring in a deposit slip or a voided check to the bank. Make sure all of your information is still current.

You will need to come to the bank and talk with one of our new account specialists. They will fill out a new signature card for everyone to sign/re-sign.

You can ONLY take a name off of your account if he/she is an authorized signer or a beneficiary. If you are trying to take a joint owner’s name off of your account you will have to close the account and reopen a new one without his/her name. You can add/delete authorized signers or beneficiaries at any time.

See one of our new account specialists with documentation stating your new last name. (i.e. a copy of the marriage license, divorce decree, picture ID, etc.) They will then print a new signature card for you to sign with your new name.

ACH Deposits are posted by 9 a.m. If the funds are not in by 9 a.m., they will not show up on that business day.

ACH stop-payment requests have to be filled out at least 3 business days before it is scheduled to clear your account. You will need to come in and talk with a bookkeeping representative to fill out an ACH stop-payment request form. There is a $20 stop-payment fee.
